Lusanda Dlamini is an accomplished Civil Engineer and certified Project Management Professional with over 13 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM). She holds a Masters in Industrial Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town. Currently, she is the Managing Director of Ikumi Enterprises, a construction and project management and Training & Development company she founded in 2014.
Lusanda has a robust track record of managing and delivering complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. Her expertise includes project planning, risk management, and budget management, ensuring projects are completed within scope, time, and budget while meeting high-quality standards. She has held several senior positions.
Throughout her career, Lusanda has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, effectively managing cross-functional teams and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including ministerial delegations, community stakeholders, and colleagues in both public and private sectors. She is also skilled in strategic and operational management within the public sector.
In addition to her professional roles, Her contributions to the field of civil engineering and project management are marked by her commitment to excellence and her ability to drive successful project outcomes. Her passion is also in community development where she also is an accredited Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator with the Construction Education and Training Academy (CETA)
